For my Gimmick or Good column at CBR’s Comics Should Be Good blog, I’ve already talked about the “Death of Superman” and the “Breaking of the Bat” arcs, that saw the (temporary) ends of two of DC’s flagship superhero characters. Today, I complete the trifecta with Green Lantern #50, which sported the glow-in-the-dark and marked the end of the Hal Jordan era of DC comics.
